please help me with the imate jaq

hi guys i bought the imate a week ago and i cant seem to make my msn messenger or my internet to work. the people on tmobile said that i have to split my family plan and make a separate plan wich im dont because i will pay more. i can make the net and msn messenger works on the other phone i have. i went then to the imate technical support and they send me a file wich is supposed to correct the problem but it didnt work either. please i want to know if anyone have and its using the imate jaq with the tmobile plan and had problems or have the same problems as me.
