it shoudl kill the mogul since USB is standarized it should no different than charging off your PC

as for FM modulator, it looks like it takes audio through 3.5in adaptor, so youll need something like this http://www.seidioonline.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=776 as well

I purchased on of these devices from walmart for only $28.95. It works great. I can power my radar detector and my titan, as well as play music through it.
