I'm have a problem hearing my calls on my tmobile wing if I do not have my bluetooth headset on. I always have to put the call on speaker phone. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

so, if you dont use your bluetooth headet, you canot use your wing as a normal phone, meaning you dont hear a thing from the internal speaker? if you are sure that your BT headset is not connected, than probably a hardware problem.

Yea, what he said. There are a couple of other threads on this topic, seems to be a common problem. There is a company out of Texas that will fix this for about $65 called Dr. Cell Phone, or you can call HTC and they will do it for about 90.

Or you could just remove the Wax outta your ears. :)

It appears that the phone's volume is set at minimum. You can only increase it while you are in an active phone call. The easiest way to do this is to dial you voicemail then adjust the volume control on the side of the handset.
This should do it.

p.s. after this adjustment you may need to turn down your bluetooth.
