Help! I am stucked in bootloader mode

Hello
I am stucked in BootLoader mode.
problems:
if i turn on the phone, nothing happens
if i reset the phone, nothing happens
if i hardreset the phone, greean and black sceen with ipl spl numbers.
if i take out the battery, nothing happens..
if i run the original htc wm6 setup or wm5 setup, it makes an error 300, invalid rom update utility.

i only can turn my phone to bootloader mode.
the RUU runs until i push "update" button, and then error 300!

please help me!

ps:
htc wizard has "ROMUpdateUtility_Wizard_NoID.exe"
that is for this problem, i think.
google did not matched in herald like this:(

you ARE trying to RUU with a HERALD ruu, no?
Also, if you have a wing or a dopod, you must ruu with the tmobile or dopod variation of the RUU, respectively.

i have HTC herald (not wing or etc) black skin with grey buttons.
i tryed to flash with official wm6 ftom htc.com, and the official wm5, from the net:D (i dont know the source: RUU_Herald_HTC_WWE_1.8.405.1_02.71.90_Ship.exe)

but, the error is the same: 300, invalid update tool.
my friend sais: my bootloader damaged.
i must get an SD Dump from a HTC herald, same as this device, and then i have a glimmer of hope..
or service repair:|

I also have the same probem.. after using HERALD-USPL-beta3
beucase I want to change langauge GERMANY to ENGLISH.
PHONE IS HTC HERA100


and having same problem as ABOVE.

NEED SOLUTION.. any comment is will be appreciated

Its not mine phone.. Its from my Customer he bring phone to me for change language.

before I don't checked IPL / SPL

but after using HERALD-USPL-beta3

NOW IPL IS 1.08.0001 and SPL IS 1.08.0001 is also same.
