PLEASE HELP Hard reset won't work

tried to do an hard reset, but it won't work.
the problem is that "store?"-memory is full and i can't remove any programs any more.

What to do now!???

Hold both "-" softkeys and while holding them, use your stylus to hit the tiny reset button. Then, it'll pop up with white text on a black screen, hit your talk button.

i've tried several times, but .... it won't work. even to try a new rom from pc did not work. it says can't connect (224)
