The Jaguar rom is pretty good for T-mobile because it includes the T-zones and Instant Messenger programs.

This question is asked a hundred times,if you wud have cared to read and gone through the wizard forum,I'm sure you had got your answer a longtime back.There was no need to start a new thread with a question which has been answered over and again.
anyway, since you ask I really don't know,why do people ask such questions,without any real meaning to it.First go try and see it for yourself which is a better choice for yourself.every one has his preference and choice,Even not all the cookers can make happy everyone as regards to applications and softwares.

Secondly as I see from you MDA details you are still at wm5,still haven't unlocked or used any custom rom till now.and have started asking about the best rom ,i'll suggest you to first,read about the unlocking of your wizard perform the method if successful,try a few of wm6 roms,than make a choice which suites you the best.

Every new wm6 Rom custom build here are equally good,you cannot single out any one.
So stop wasting your's and other's time by just asking these question.
