please help, after installing touchflo, i cannot edit windows folder.

everything is working fine, but when i try to customize my htc icons i cannot write to the windows folder. i tried to run itsutils preparation .cab, but it won't install. what did i do wrong.

try replacing them using the PC, it does now work for me either when i try to overwrite them on my phone, i connected my Wing to the PC n dragged them to the folder and it worked
