Timezone problem

Hi.

I have new ROM delivered by my operator. After restart there is no possibility to set default TimeZone.
I set manually TZ in Clock settings, but after synchronization with my PC, incorrect TZ is always recovered to my PPC.

On my PC I have correct TZ.

How can I change default TZ in my PPC?
I tried change value in registry Time/TimeZoneInformation - but this value is changed through synchronization.

in phone settings uncheck the auuto change timezone and clock settings.

Settings/Phone/TimeZones.
