Mobile web pages? WTF?

Ok i thought the selling point on this style phone (8125) was the fact that it will bring up full web pages and NOT a mobile version... If I go to MSN.com it brings up MSN mobile, if I go to CNN.com, I get the mobile version... and so on... same with www.weather.com... I get the damn xhtml page with the shittiest radar in the world...

Now why is it doing this? Right now I'm at IPL and SPL of 3.08 with a radio 2.69.11 and I'm running the latest TNT 1437 Touch rom...

Am I missing something? Oh and this is browsing on a wireless lan at my house I get the mobile pages, its not through GPRS.

haha, well, normally there is always a link on those sites that say: go to desktop or normal version, if this is not, you could download opera mobile and then in the setting set:
recognise device as: desktop computer/handheld device

So which one should I use... I see that Opera Mobile is licensed software where Opera Mini is not... Does mini support full pages too??

I really only want this because weather.com's radar for mobile is the GAY, you cant see crap.
