how do get a bigger rom for my wing i need more memory on my phone without getting a bigger card??? PLEASE HELP

Well, the easiest is deleting programs you dont use, that will free some more memory.

Thirdly, the "hardest" (though not hard at all if you read my guide) is installing for example: TouchIT Lite. That has some bear essencials and a couple of neat programs. Though its made for Wings, there is currently not a "lite" version for Heralds
