Battery Status - CPUScale

I can't seem to locate a battery status that has the CPU scale feature in it. I got the newest one from their website, and looking through the forum for battery status gives you PAGES upon PAGES of EVERYTHING since many posts about roms have the words in it. >.< Can anyone help me out?

make sure you are using the 1.04 beta or whatever.... not the "normal" version that's listed.
