T-mob Hanging After Flash

ok tryed a number of flashes not sure im doing it right and before anyone says anything i have spent allllll day trying to do this..

ok hanging on boot screen.

T-Mobile Background with
IPL 2.06
SPL 2.06.0000
GSM 02.19.21
OS 2.15.13.27

the process i have taken

1. flashed the phone with Tmobiles automated latest software.
2. run flash throgh rom update utility (ruu)
waited for it to finish blah blah blah the flash i have tryed is
"PDAMobiz_Prophet_WM6_V1[1].00_Step1"

3. restart the ppc once booted and asking me to touch screen done nothing
4. run .bat file to install all the software says successful

5. hard rest the phone boots up then hangs...


anyone help me on this? i have a feeling its something to do with bootloader but not sure how to check version or update?

One question to you mate, why are you running prophet upgrade when you have a Charmer device?

once thats installed what else i have to do anything sorry for lame questions am trying to find it on forum,

i work in a fekin mobile shop and havent got a clue lol

You dont really have to do anything. After successfull flashing just make sure you hard reset your device.
