View Full Version : Internet explorer freeze up my Kaiser

its slow, slugish and for some reson on 3G it loads up half of the page then freeze and on E its slowww.
why? do i do some worng?

same for me, looking for a solution, too. in the meantime i use opera mini, which is unbelieve fast!

I start not to like Kaiser rom.
wm6 on my 8525 was blazing fast.Kaiser its like old women.
please .......guys......... new rom we need it.

If you did a registry hack to move to the storage card, it may cause problems.

had the same problem. use advanced configuration tool go to internet explorer tab tick disable internet files cache. reset. no freezes for me after that.

Found the tool you were referring to, but my freezes still occur.

After I updated to 6.1 I also have the same problem - IE will open a page to some amount (like 4KB for Live Search download page) and then the whole device freezes.

Have any of you who have this issue ever tweaked the IE settings so that IE temp files go to storage card instead of main memory? This is usually done with Tweaks2k2 or TweakKaiser, or one of those apps.

Disable the proxy and shift the cache to your main memory rather than the storage card.

Yes. I came to that idea too. I had previously set the temp files to be stored on Storage card. I did a hard reset (this was not the only reason) and after that IE works again.

So don't change the location settings of IE!!!
