Hello guys.I followed the instruction from the .txt but when i tried to copy the .dlls it says Cannot copy 'officeres' : access is denied.Be certain that there is enough free storage memory,that the destination is not write-protected and that the file is not currently in use. I have the BLACK & BLUE ROM WM6.1 WWE v5.0

Can you explain for other language developers how did you do this cab?, what files do you change?

I´m very interested, it could be great to translate any rom without cooking it again.
