no messages

i just got a Qtek9100. The first day everything worked fine.
But now I can't open Messages in Start-menu and on my Today-screen...
So I'm not able to receive & send sms/mms/email with my qtek.
I checked every setting (i guess), but i can't find the solution...

Can somebody help me with this issue?
