I greet,
I have to users question smartphone'a Qtek 8500, and relating it highlighting keyboard in this model. In spite different settings in options Qtek it does not want to highlight me keyboard (options from included and switched off sensorem light). It lets with times during writing, catch fire np. SMS normally once, minimum glimmers once, and is times black how night :(

I have not already idea, HR does not help... it the most bad is it is knowed was in night... I will add yet that computer is new, it has two weeks - be bought as new, he did not fall and had not also similar adventures.

I wait on all proposals.

if i understand you right (nie rozumeum?), your keys do not stay lit when it's dark? My sensor didn't work too well either. I would generally have to press a button to get the pad to light up, then have to backspace/delete whatever i pressed and type quick while the keys were on.

Krakow! I love that town! i hope to go back for another visit...

OK, many thanks.

Answer please Polish or English language.

Reply in English will be easier for me ^^;
Ah, got it now. Well, it's not a bug. Simply when you stop pressing any button, the keyboard backlight goes OFF itself to save battery. Yeah I know it sucks, my previous phone from Samsung didn't turn off the backlight, until I closed it.
All you can do is to set the sensor OFF, which means the keyboard will have backlight always ON. There is nothing else to do with it.
Myself, when the backlight goes off and I really need it, I just press the HOME button and then the BACK button.. Since I've got QTEK 8500, this is one part which drives me totaly crazy.

I have same problem.

It doesn't matter if I set the Light Sensor "off" or "on" - keypad is dark. The backilight is on only if I put the finger near keys "1" and "4" - but when I remove the finger light goes off.

It's wery annoying when you try to write a text message when it's dark.

Is it phone dameged? Is there a solution?

solution: I know what's happening. The keypad panel isn't touching the surface. I need to glue it (sorry for my english).
