Hi,
After reading for a while, i thought, i could give me a try in updating my HTC Charmer (T-Mobile germany, MDA Compact II).
But it seems, that I had no luck. I tried to use an original Update from T-Mobile and after the successfull flashing it would stop at the provider-picture. When trying a hard-reset I get a message, that storage format failed.
After messing around with round about 20 different Images i figured out, that it could depend on ipl/spl. Before the update I had "ipl 1.12 / spl 1.12.0000" and after the update it was "ipl 2.06 / spl 2.20.0000".
So i started to search for an old update, which could bring me back to the 1.12 version, but i had no luck.
I also found a few topics regarding this format failure, but this also couldn't bring my charmer back (including to try a prophet image).
I would be realy happy, if anyone knows a solution for this problem or can give me a copy of an old original t-mobile image with the above stated ipl/spl version.
