How to generate corect .nbh file?

I have set of .nb files:

00_IPL.nb
01_SPL.nb
02_GSM.nb
03_MainSplash.nb
04_OS.nb

How to generate a CORECT .nbh file from these files for HTC VOX?

I tried to use NBHgen.exe and nb2nbh.exe but it seems that those progs can`t produce a CORECT .nbh file for HTC VOX.

Any help is welcome!
Rom cooking gurus please help?
