help phone got stuck after flashing

I flashed my Mda Compact 2 using shell tool, for uprading to 004.4v but after few seconds i got error of cannot find temp file in the sheel tool directory and the msg that flashing ended, i hard reset my device after that it got stuck on just tmobile intro screen i tried to hard reset again but i didnt worked again, please help my device got dead.:(

Just go to bootloader mode and run official RUU.

I tried it but i m getting error of invalid vendor id please help:confused:

Look for noid ruu. Its somewhere around Charmer upgrading section.
