I've found this forum very helpful, and through my searches I've seen a lot of weird threads that reference placing themes files into the windows folders, or hacks to move them into a different folder. I thought that this was odd, but since I've seen enough of those threads, I thought I should share...
Theme files - .tsk - should be placed directly in the My Documents folder. That's it, no coding necessary, and doesn't need to clutter the windows directory.
Some people may think I'm stating the obvious, but trust me, I've seen a number of posts that make this seem less than obvious.
Cheers,
JoshDV
PS. I've also seen people mention editing the registry to remove programs from the programs directory. All you need to do is browse using the file explorer into windows\start menu\ and move or delete what you want, just be careful. ;)
