help, PLEASE!

hello everyone, ive been lurking for a while and i hate that this has to be my introduction.

i bricked my wing. i downloaded the necessary RUU. my wing is currently on the bootloader screen.

i try to run the ruu, and it doesnt recognize my phone.

is there a step i missed, or more likely, something im doing wrong?

Welcome and im sorry that i dont have an answer but you should ask in the herald (aka tmobile wing) forum you may get more responses there.

Again welcome and a tip read first on till you feel you got it.

Good luck and i think you did not brick your device because you still have the bootloader.
