Couple I've seen.....

1. Blender by Hanmin (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=1545906)
2. NombCrypt by nomb (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=326088)

I've had a quick look at Blender and it does what it says on the tin :D - the nombCrypt app looks a bit meatier and seems to allow the encryption of files and folders rather than just Notes/text like Blender.....

See if either of them suit your purposes.
