comm manager mess up

okay, clever sod here installed the htc default theme and a green skinned dialer on his tilt, along with CommManagerRes_dll.cab, each obtained from another thread... and now I dont have a comm manager.....

I have the same problem after install HTC on my Kaiser... What file did you rename?
