Applications not installing properly?

If I try to run a 3rd Person Application on my WM6 phone, I get the follow error:

"The file '[app]' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its componenets cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring the file."

I'm entriely sure what the problem is. Any ideas?

HAve you changed page pool through activesync? If you did, you picked the wrong tool for your rom.
