Disabling the SMS sent message

I know theres a cab file to get it off my phone but theres also a registry edit that i use to get rid of it but its not working correctly on my new wing. I had it on another wing but a fool destroyed and i got my replacement yesterday.
Heres the edit

Disable the SMS Sent notification
Regisrty: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\
Key: SMSNoSentMs (decimal)
Default: 0 (on)
New Value: 1 (off)

Note: Please note that the 'Settings' key may not exist in your device, and thus may have to be created first.

I did all this but its still not working. Can someone tell me what im doing wrong.
