flashing new rom and settings?

I have been flashing my phone rom alot and i enjoy everyones work-thanx to all.I was just wondering how everyone backs up there settings like email configs-speed dials.I just find it to be a pain in the ass to re-type all my settings.I've used pim backup.It works great for contacts.I would prob flash different roms even more if i didn't have to go through this everytime.Thanx for ant help

You can use free tools like:
- STG Viewer

There is other tools like:
- SPB backup
- Sprite backup
- PocketBackup
- Sunnysoft Backup Manager

Hope that this helps. Please "google" those names, you can find the software. You can decide which one to use while trying those one's.
