I encounter problem when enable by registry tweak to enable smooth scrooling in IE by:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\ Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ Navigation\4-Way Nav] and change its value from 1 to 0
but this created a problem on sms, when open sms, it show empty sms cos it scroll the sms to the end of the sms, anyone have this problem?
I searching around but just can't find the solution.
