I think I'll start posting every 10 minutes files like sdhc.cab and shout "I got it! I got ii!", "Check this out"... This sdhc driver for BA starts to be new kind of SDHCforBA-SPAM... how will be call it... We have spam, spim, splog, so let's try... SPAMBA? :)

Did not work for me either...
Is there a way to uninstall? Or i can leave it with no prob?:confused:
Any recent update on SDHC support on Blue Angel and WM6?
The "search" option is quite tricky sometimes... Old posts that appear on top of page, etc.. :p

Word of advise, keep your cool man! :) You are gonna get an ulcer if you are gonna get mad at each one that asks without searching :D (besides the mods are cracking down on this kind of attitudes, so try to keep your cool or you might end up in Bansville for a while. Just a thought...

Confused:confused:... So your sig "
SD CARD: 4GB TRANSCEND 133x" Don't mean you use an SDHC :) LOL and here I was shopping for an equal one on E-Bay :D. I guess you were just keeping your inventory list lol

If only everyone knew that every word we type here comes out on Google Search, we'd surely be more careful when we write. XDA is known in every other forum I've visited, like the place to find technical help and solutions to our problems. So many that know little to nothing, not even simple things as using a Search Engine, will come and ask. You have my respects EGZ. You're one of the ones always there to help and give wise advice.

@markanthonypr
Thanks man. I appreciate your comment.
@rafyvitto
I did not mean to offend you or be disrespectful to you in any way. If I did, then I apologize, but I was just letting you know that mods are getting pissed at seeing how many flamewars have been started by people making similar comments to yours. Once again, I apologize if I offended you. I was only trying to help.
@-yasser-
You are correct. BA cannot handle SDHC because of a hardware limitation.

That is so bullsh*t, SD hardware can handle SD2.0 unless a suitable driver can't found which is the case with our BA. I don't expect BA to support SDHC, but there's always hope.
Read the SD2.0 spec PDF for proof.
So quit spilling your useless info around and putting down others.

SD CARD: 4GB TRANSCEND 133x
this is the one of few 4 GB non SDHC cards supported on BA - do not get confused
@ the mods who is responsible about blueangel forums moderation ?
in WM6 section the theads are mess so many threads are not in the proper category and have nothing to do with WM 6/6.1
please mods do your job

So will it work as 4GB then? Silly question, but makes some sense. If we can use that particular card, at least its better than just 2gb. Why fight for SDHC then :)

The Transcend card works amazingly well. The only reason why we would want to keep on pursuing the SDHC is because 4GB is the smallest card in that category :)
Think of it this way, how would you like to have 16 GB of memory on your BA? Nuff said :)

You made me laugh lol. Well, its like an old car with new tires and a big fuel tank and cargo area :p
If I was to wish in order or priority, what I wish would work better on BA's, that would be...
1st. Faster GPRS
2nd. Better BT Reception(Full 10M not just 2 or 3)
3rd. Voice Dialing
Ummm that would be an interesting subject. To know what would be the priority for others. So are you ready to do the charting Egz? :)

Hey Mark,
Actually, that is not a bad idea. We can start a thread (make it into a sticky) that has the most popular requests for our beloved BA, so we can let the mods know what we like/would like to see in future releases and so on. I'll get started on it...

voice dialing is possible with adidional software like cyberon voice dialer and microsoft voice command, so you can scratch that from your list
about the other 2 things i will say only this, you need hardware upgrade (a new phone, it is inpossible to make it better in BA)

Why don't any cookers include voice dialing on BA ROM's? It's one of the things I miss out of my Tornado. As for BT, I find that the range is too little(about 6 to 10 ft). If I go farther than that, BT starts making noise till eventually it looses signal :(. On my other phones I get about 20 - 30 ft. Is it a BA restriction due to the old design? or can it be improved, and how?
xplode

You said it - restriction due old design :)
About voice command remember that we do not have much space in rom to work with we have 32 MB but you can always use cabbed version from somewhere i think you can find it on the board
markanthonypr
2nd February 2009, 02:18 AM
I have a few cabbed versions, but I can't get any to activate when pressing call button on BT, and/or to use BT mic and speaker for voice recognition and playback. It'll use the phone mic and speaker, then once call has started, it'll switch to BT.
