Not able to use Home plugin

Hi all,

I've installed HTC Customizer 0.8b (from this topic -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=319308)on my Artemis. I'm running the official Dutch WM6-rom from HTC. After installation, the customizer downloaded and installed the home plugin by itself. So far no problems occurred.

I have a problem however with setting up the home-plugin (not the customizer). I can't put any programs in the launcher-tab, I can't put contacts in the favorite contact-tab, and the weather-tab is completely empty...

I've asked in the forum of pocketemu.com, the creator of the customizer, but i didn't get a response.

Has anybody had this problem before? Does anyone have a qlue about how to go about this?

Did you have the HTC Home on your ROM before you installed the Home Customizer? If not, that's your problem.

I have the same problem. The clock is working fine, the rest doesnt.
Specs:
- Official NL T-Mobile WM6 Rom
- HTC Home plugin installed
- HTC Home Customizer v1.0b5 installed

I have tried to get it to work after a hard reset, no other appz installed. No success. Also tried to get it to work with the previous versions of the HTC home plugin (every time on a clean phone), including the previous version of the home customizer (& -lite).

Can someone help us?

The problem can be different mui file.
HTCHome and HHCustomizer generally use 409 mui (stay for WWE language), and they can't work on dutch rom.
Try to rename it (only number with your country number)

correct, the home is language sensible...

Hey all,

- Disabled the today plugin, soft reset
- Renamed the HTC Home MUI files from 0409 to 0413 (=> my country number => the Netherlands) with Total Commander (cecmd)
- Give a soft reset, enabled Home plugin
- Home plugin was able to download weather through GPRS
- other tabs are working also

-No luck downloading new weatherspecs by WiFi.
(I have a good WiFi connection, the HHC v1.0b5 connects perfectly to the internet)

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this last issue?

When I got home and connect to my own WiFi, there was no problem anymore getting the last weatherinfo. Problem is solved now :D
