Help - hx4700 backlight won't work.

Dear all,

My friend has a hx4700, it's in excellent condition and good working order except the backlight won't work at all - can't adjust the backlight what ever i did.

I have helped to upgrade the OS from wm2003 to Wm5.0 but the issue still can't fix.

Anyone can help?

Im using WM6, a very good rom made by kozhura on my 4700 and i dont have that problem your having. Maybe a hardware fault? try flashing it with another rom or do a factory reset.
