I have been a pocketpc windows CE user for years and I loved the "send via bluetooth" and "send via email" options whenever I pressed and held on a file or a selection.
What happened to those?
How do you email 63 pictures from your phone?

maybe u have to do it one at a time
also, the BT device that its going to has to be on and ready to accept BT files before you can even see the device when searching. some devices have to be configured also.

If you got a Commanager with a Beam button it has to be enabeld to. Then you´ll find other BT-Devices

Basically BT took over infrared when you refer to beam.

That is correct, the Beam... feature actually uses bluetooth. The problem is that is does not show your paired devices or even the device names around you. So if I have 10 bluetooth phones around me and I want to send a picture to my friend sitting next to me, I may end up sending it to a stranger (90% chance)

as long as the recipient has their name in their owner information on thier phone, it will show thier name on the list... you just have to wait a few more seconds before it shows on the list... i send files from my mda to wing and it shows unknown device first, and then a few seconds later it shows the name of the device
