After hours(literally like 10)...I finally found a way to figure out shortcuts easily. I'm very excited this will be my contribution to XDA(I HOPE I'M NOT LATE)
1.)You need a task manager(I'm using HTC Task Manager 2.0.30740)
2.)You need the application running
3.)Go to the process and scroll all the way over until you see the \xxx\xxx\xxx.exe
eg. you would see "\Windows\poutlook.exe contacts" if you look at poutlook.exe process
This is how I figured out how to make a poutlook shortcut for Grumps iphoneskin...If you need any help, I will try my best...I am new to this and I'm not a coder:)

You should try holding the process and go to details, from there go to windows to figure out more information...I really haven't got that part down pact yet, but with it I've made a shortcut that goes directly to add contact...This is very helpful for the Cube and the iPhone add-ons...I will start posting .lnks that I make..
