Don't want to make it yourself ? Really easy.
See this post : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1726879&postcount=128
For your theme, give me a link to an image (I'm french so I don't know what is "laker" !). If you want a black background it will be better that your image has a transparency to merge with a black background.

It's no secret Titan and Kaiser's LCD is unusable in outdoor daylight so I started making a collection of dark, lightweight themes that helps a bit. They are specificly designed to fit with HTC Home, download the ones you're interested in...
I downloaded one of the themes to my HTC Mogul (Sprint) and it looks nothing like your displays. Did I miss something?

If you cannot figure out all options of ThemeGenCE (http://www.codeppc.com/telechargements/themegence/themegence.htm)and nevertheless want to adapt - easily - a theme from this thread (borealcool (http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=528996)themes,
black in Black with screen 320x240, same scheme colors) to your wishes, follow these steps :
1) Download one the themes above (in this thread).
2) Launch it in ThemeGenCE (http://www.codeppc.com/telechargements/themegence/themegence.htm). Do not close the program !
3) In the bottom left panel, define the 3 items :
a) Define Folder for saving the new theme.b) Define File Name for the new theme.c) Define Internal Name for the new theme.4) Build your 2 images (with the software you want, Paint, Photoshop... In bmp, gif, jpg or png. Windows Mobile and also Desktop Windows do not care about the extension of the image. It recognize the real format, independently of the extension. That is the reason why, for simplification, in ThemeGenCE I always put ".gif" extension.).
a) one for Portrait Mode. (240x294 pixels)b) one for Landscape Mode. (320x214 pixels)5) Copy the 2 images in the same folder as the program ThemeGenCE (http://www.codeppc.com/telechargements/themegence/themegence.htm).
6) Delete the 2 existing files in this folder :
stwater_240_320.gifstwater_320_240.gif7) Rename your 2 images :
Portrait Mode Image to stwater_240_320.gifLandscape Mode Image to stwater_320_240.gif8) Go back in ThemeGenCE (http://www.codeppc.com/telechargements/themegence/themegence.htm)program and save the theme by clicking the fourth button of the main toolbar. You do not see update of the
images in ThemeGenCE (http://www.codeppc.com/telechargements/themegence/themegence.htm)but your new theme is now created with your own Images ! I have built the ThemeGenCE (http://www.codeppc.com/telechargements/themegence/themegence.htm)program to verify "on
idle" if the images have changed, so new images are incorporated in the theme even if the preview is not systematically updated.
9) You can verify that your new theme is really created. Exit from ThemeGenCE (http://www.codeppc.com/telechargements/themegence/themegence.htm)and relaunch it with your new Theme.
