StarTrek Service Manual?

I have a buddy who hates the grooved finish on his StarTrek and wants to pull and refinish all the metal bits.... Can anyone point me to the service manual so we can more-safely disassemble his phone?

Awesome! Thank you!!!! That should definitely get us there. A service manual would still be nice if anyone has it - but this is plenty to get us through the mod.
