i lose all my contacts help me please

know im using windows vista anda i use windows mobile device center to sincronize all my data in the first time that i sincronize my device had deleted all my contacts because i have none in my outlook contact folder :( :( :(

is there a way to recover those contacts pealse help

Have you done a save with Pimbackup for contacts? Than it´s not lost.

i don´t have any file of pim backup because a use in xp active sync to back up my contacts
