AKU 0.5 vs AKU 0.7

Can anyone tell me the difference between AKU 0.5 and AKU 0.7?

ivan's last rom is still AKU 0.5 and both Laurentius and Jwrightmcps are AKU 0.7.

i tried to find an explanation somewhere in this forum but didn't have any success.
