Can anybody tell me how to enable WAP-Push on my BA?

I believe you need GPRS settings to be set to PAP Authentication.

I think wappushunlock.cab does the trick and get wap-push working. You can find it somewhere in the forum.

i think i downloaded helmis rom (not sure which version) and it was in the extrom folder.

I am using GPRS with PAP Authentication and using Morange (http://morange.com) for Push mail and chatting.

What does the WapPushUnlock.cab do for us?
