hi.

i have this model from china. "Dopod English DOPOD001 1.17.707.3 1.07.0000 1.24.00.11".

dos it has gps chip inside ? or could be models without the chip ?

i mean , all the trinity has the gps chip ? no mather what model , or it could be some model without the chip, so new rom wouldnt help.

p.s. i want to upgrade to wm6 whats the best for it ? ty.

Yes all Trinity have the GPS Chip inside. However you need a Radio ROM 1.38 or higher to have access to the Chip.

There are ROMs for Radio and ROMs for Windows Mobile.
You need to upgrade BOTH

My orange ROM contains a radio 1.29.00.11 with GPS.
I think that radio ROM with gps are finishing with a 1 and not a 0.
(for this ROM the OS is 1.23.73.4)
