who can help me with upgrading the qtek 9100 to wm6?

i have tried 2 times to upgrade my qtek 9100 to wm6 but no succes.
2 times i had a screen with 3 collers and the text:

IPL 1.03
SPL 1.03.0000

and the wm6 upgrade what i am us (toch no evil wm6) said that i must get newer update utilities.
and then i had the 3 collers screen again. (now i have wm5 again)
i don't no it anymore how to upgrade and if i'm looking on this forum i see alot of text and requirements, so i don't no it anymore.
wich ppc expert can give me a good link or suggestion to help me upgrading to wm6 on my qtek 9100?

Read the sticky on upgrading G3/G4 wizards. I am unfamilliar with that IPL/SPL and wonder if perhaps your phone is not yet unlocked. You won't be able to flash a custom rom until you have CID/SIM unlocked your phone, and G3 phones are easier to work with than G4's. The sticky explains all. Read and re-read it. Then if you still need help, report back with info on what you have tried, etc.

I know this seems like a sh*tty answer, but in all honesty, the stickies pretty much explain all, and a little reading will help you to better understand what you are working with and how things are done.
