I have searched but cant find the black HTC splashscreen, can someone upload it for me...

Tnx but i want the one I have added as a link, only thats not a .RUU.exe file.
And i need the .RUU file to flash it :(

You can make an NBH with nbhtool. The rename it as HERMIMG.NBH, copy to your memory card and reboot in bootloader mode. It will flash the files and voila, new splash screens. Don't forget to back your stuff up beforehand.
