Ringtones/Music to Mono BT Device

Guys, maybe I'm a bit too lazy to search, but I can't seem to find good advice on what to do to be able to make ringtones (instead of the BT device own beeps) and music hearable via a mono bluetooth device, instead of the device speakers.

All I've managed to find is some special software... But is there really no way NOT to use any third-party soft?
