My I-mate Jama on and show boot screen and off how to solved this problem

My jama is faulty now. it shows boot screen at startup and dies down. does any one can solve this problem for jama. also how to load a rom into imate jama.

just do a hard reset pull your battery out press volem key and red power butten now insert the battery while pushing these two buttons a black screen will appear just press send button and the windows will be formated

hi i know i this is not my thread 4give me my problem is i ve i-mate jama i can receive calls but i cant make call when i try to make call within a seconds it says call ended i ve hard-resette it but still the same problem any solution to this problem thx in advance

hi dear , i have jama and same problem , when putt batter it show imate logo and after few seconds it's gone off
i try to hard reset but it could't , which volume key i use for hardreset and volume up or down ??
and 1more do u have this new update rom

if you need to find a rom for the JAM, use the FTP, or google...

First of all here's a link to know how to access the FTP in case you're wondering how to get there:

However, I think that you're looking for that ROM in the wrong place. This area is for the Magician, aka i-mate Jam. Not Jama. As far as I know the Jama have completely different hardware and thus completely different software.
