you cant. Charmer has only been released as T-mobile and Dopod product. You could possibly find a french version if someone made it for you, but unfortunatelly for you such rom has never seen a daylight.

I have an QTEK S110 device. The problem is that the OS (WM 2003 SE) is in german. :(( . Can i install something, or maybe an upgrade so i can have it in ENGLISH ??? PLS. And, one more thing, can i upgrade to WM 5 ???
