My phone portion of my Audiovox XV6600 has died. From what I know, it seems that the radio rom has corrupted it self.
I could explain EVERYTHING and if I need to I will but put it this way, I know I have to flash the raido but IT WON"T FLASH! I am on vista and I have gotten EVERYTHING ELSE TO WORK, I am even flashing the Extented and CE rom as I type. So it ain't the computer or the OS.
When I have the radio rom in the directory, _noid updater just ....hangs at 0% until it errors out telling me how to reset my device. If I take the rom out ...everything else works.
Please if you can tell me another way of updateing the rom, like forcing it or something. How can the ROM chip in my phone die cuz maybe that is what happened or something. I have been phoneless for a week and I don't have any money nor any other phone to use!
If I need to give more detail please tell me so and I will.

EDIT: For got to mention that the images I have are from my provider, and I only have had those on my PDA, no cooked or baked images have every touched this pda.
