I want to die my kaiser radio is BAD, no signal!!!

My kaiser was working excellent until yesterday, now the signal is not working good, I have more htc phones and in the hermes, areas when I get full signal in he kaiser I get 0 or 1 bar:eek: , 3 bar on hermes = searching on kaiser, I called htc and they give me a phone number to call warranty.... I purchased it on ebay..What to do?

jejeje, no hay mucha gente que habla español, saludos, nop, the seller on ebay doesn't offer exchanges or warraties, the kaiser is less a month new, never droped, is my little baby! :(
