im new to this.. going to install
Austinsnyc's AT&T 3.62 Clean ROM
onto my 8525 and i just unlocked it via another post on here and it downgraded my radio to be compatible for the sim unlock..
i was reading austinsync's rom's thread and it says its just the rom and splash screen.. no radio .. so im wondering how do i do this before i try to install this rom.. thanks for the help
First, make sure you've got HardSPL installed (http://www.mrvanx.org/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=30&Itemid=27). Then install a radio seperately (http://www.mrvanx.org/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=61&Itemid=27). (Instructions for 1.43.00.00, but they apply for most radios.)
You could have learned this by reading the wiki (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Hermes)...

Seriously chad, read the wiki, do a search on the forum. The stuff you are asking is so basic and has been covered millions of times. This thread is a total waste.
