Done it!!
I have changed the info inside the cabs, so every cab you install, will have it's own name, and that makes it easier to identify in case you need to uninstall.
Also managed to solve the duplicate office folders in Start->Programs (thanks to a good friend's tip).

I'm sure you are familiar with the Windows Mobile Device Center device icon thing. ;)
I was wondering if you could build your next release of the ROM this way for the Trinity (I have 3 of them - icons ;)). It could add a little taste to things:

There are tweaks that could be done, but it's only focused on performance and functionality...

I have an artemis and it has somehow a size limitation on rom file.
If I make a rom file smaller then 52.000 kb ROMUpdateUtility can not accept that and comes with an error.

For me personally, I like thin scroll bars with small scroll arrows, and a single line date and time today screen display. Also I think the mic volume could do with being increased as people often find it hard to hear me speaking on a call. Also, getting rid of the vertical scroll on the text message create screen would be good....that's all I can think of for now. I suppose there are the obvious ones like font cache and any other speed ones.

I would say it's one of two things:

1-Bad flash or configuration

2-Codec issue


It only happens with wmv or with other formats as well?

mp3, mp4 goes fine.. try a hard reset.. same issue..

Try reflashing it, according the process I wrote in the first page.
Reflash with your memory card inside, as written in the changelog of this release 3.3.1.

Verify that you have the latest versions of SPL.

If it still doesn't work, then try to find on the web the codec for wmv in wm6.

And then, if it's only the lack of codec, I'll post the link to download that codec in the first page.

i tried Des's crash proof and i got no problem flashing any ROM... :)

2 - in any other rom, 3g or gprs connection can be closed by tapping the 3g/G icon and pressing disconnect, very usefull thing. In this rom the disconnect button is missing, i don't know why. The workaround is to close data connections from comm manager :(
3 - when i press the power button to wake up the pda, every program that i had previously opened is closed. i use the htc task manager but i don't think this is the problem.

I have experienced several times device lockups and freezes while using iGo MyWay 2006 Plus. It recovers only with soft reset. :( Does it have anything to do with what you describe here?

i used my tomtom with this rom for over 4 hours non stop
was fine with me :p

only thing i found with this rom was when using the stylus
the screen didn't respond.....
had the same problems with old mary rom too

had to flash to another rom, as i couldn't use the phone right :mad:

Wowww you guys are fast.....as far as I'm concerned the only thing I see kind of annoying is the backlight,that if you ask me it's not an issue for me because the device and the light get off when I need.
It's a great rom fast,stable,ram memory works great (at least for me) and the bigstorage,which is like a little hard drive is awesome.
So if the new release is gonna be like this one but with the backlight tabs fixed I might upgrade other than that no,no,no.......cause I love it.

It worked flawlessly in Version 3.3 but had some compatibility issues with 3.3.1... thus I am currently still using your previous release...

Hello.
I´m experiencing some kind of similar issues or related to windows media player.
Here´s the deal after surfing the web and finding some tv channels I press on the link to watch the tv and it suddenly pops up this message and an error,so I can´t watch any tv.
Other than that and the backlight tabs I´still say the same about this rom,fast stable and great battery life

Installed Mary 3.3.1 and all seems working great apart from bleutooth carkit connection. Before with WM5 carkit worked fine.

Problems I experience are: can pair with no problems and can also call, but after the call is answered, the incoming sound is not good at all (makes tiktiktik noise) and there is no outgoing signal (nobody can hear me!)

My car is a renault espace 2007 with factory build-in carkit.

Any suggestions?
