installed dutty's rom now keyboard problem please help

Hi guys, i've tried searching for the fix before posting but i was unsuccessful. i installed dutty's rom on my att tilt now i cant use my keyboard wen texting because of the xt9 and other keys not being mapped correctly. ive tried to mess with the xt9 settings and the word completion settings but nothing seems to fix it. when i type a text the predictive text pops up and i have to push over on the directional pad to move the curser over then continue typing. also some of the alternate characters dont match up to the keyboard. is there any way to fix it? thanx in advance..

HOW TO Disable XT9

Have a Read here

.. to completely disable it use this zip
1. extract the folder .\disable_xT9\
2. connect device to PC
3. execute .\disable_xT9\start.bat
4. reset your device by pressing the off button for 5 sec

Disable_xt9.ZIP FILES

Look at post 1. Download Disable_xt9.zip. Really simple fix.
