Has anyone started a list of themes for download... or better yet, a how-to tutorial on making your own?

Google ThemeGenCE. Thats what you can make them in. I'll post some of mine as well as others i've collected tomorrow.

There is some WM6 themes at Kyphur.org (http://wm6.kyphur.org/Files/Today%20Themes/)...Though the themes are quite old.

Yep kyphur had some great ones. I liked the American Flag one, but the link never worked for me, so I couldn't download it! :(
