You can try a hard reset, holding in the com manager and voice recorder buttons and hit the reset. (Read the WIKI).
You will lose your data and settings, but you may recover the phone.

You could also help by telling us how you got into that state.

Please don't post the same question in 2 different threads. Use the search button, read the stickies, this is one of the most common questions here at xda...do some research, you'll learn so much about your device, it will be worth it.

Mine is also stuck, and I created a new thread about it. I have tried different recovery theories with no luck though.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=340965 is the post. When searching I only found 1 thread appropriate, however I think I was searching only the WM6 thread, and that was my problem. I even originally created the thread in the WM6 category.
